Yes! KLC welcomes bulk and group orders for businesses, churches, schools, organizations, family reunions, events, and other special occasions. What is your return or exchange policy?
Because many KLC products are custom, personalized, or made to order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or customer-selected options.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order, please contact KLC as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. For products produced or shipped through a third-party fulfillment partner, quality issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
